Green Parrots Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may not sell or transfer any part of the Materials to any other party. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the Materials.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the Materials and all copies thereof remains with Green Parrots Software or its suppliers. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected by international laws and treaty provisions. You will not remove the copyright notice from the Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials. Except as expressly provided herein, Green Parrots Software does not grant any express or implied right to you under Green Parrots Software copyrights, trademarks.

ActionOutline Lite may be freely distributed subject to, but not limited to, the following terms: the distribution package is not modified, ActionOutline Lite may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed freely.

If you would like to distribute ActionOutline Lite as part of a shareware distribution, magazine, internet book, CD ROM, etc. contact us for written permission.

All commercial use interests in ActionOutline Lite should be directed to support@greenparrots.com

Green Parrots Software reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove ActionOutline Lite files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
